PLACEMENT & ADMISSION UPDATE
Close to 90% of our graduating students have already received campus placement offers from more than 200 organizations. Even though COVID – 19 pandemic has created some disruptions to the ongoing processes for our remaining students, we have arranged these processes to happen through online interviews. We are constantly monitoring the situation and are totally committed to getting our remaining students placed at the earliest.
Likewise, for Summer Internship, almost 75% of our students have already received SIP offers from campus. Rest of the processes are lined up through digital mode to ensure SIP offers to the remaining students. Being extremely cautious and careful about the health and safety of our students, we in partnership with our recruiters, have devised a roadmap for research based internships for our students so that they do not have to go out and expose themselves with any probable threat, and at the same time, ensures our students’ learnings and help the organisation build an empirical study on their various business functions. We have also prepared a strong monitoring and mentoring mechanism for all the interns so that they achieve their objectives while doing their Summer Internship from home.
In view of the COVID-19 Virus outbreak, we, at Jaipuria are leaning on our vision and mission that promotes ‘human well-being through continuous improvement.’
Considering your wellbeing and fulfilling our community responsibility, the entire Admission Process will be conducted online through Skype.
Format: To start with, Interview panel will share an Extempore Topic on with you have to speak for 2 minutes followed by an interview, which may last about 15-20 mins
To facilitate a smooth process, you are required to update your Skype id and upload the following documents on your Student Application Dashboard, atleast 24 hrs before your Interview Schedule
- Mark sheet for 10th and 12th standard
- Mark Sheets of Graduation for all semesters
- CAT/CMAT/MAT/ATMA/GMAT scorecard
- Work Experience/Co-curricular certificates (if applicable)
- ID Proof (Voter Id/Aadhar Card/Driving Licence)

Given below are the requisite details of the internship program
Eligibility:
Graduates- Final Year students
Post Grad- Both 1st and 2nd year students
Must have access to a PC/Laptop with internet connection
Penchant to do local mapping and generate insights
Selection Process:
The college will collect the resumes of interested students and share with BFSL
Depending on the number of resumes, the BFSL may shortlist the profiles on the basis of academic score and any other relevant information
The interviews will be conducted over video conferencing to select the Interns.
Duration: 2 months
Internship Offer Letter: The letter will be issued centrally after receiving the final details.
Enablers:
One week of online training for interns on our products, processes and other requisite details
Mentoring support from BFSL to ensure success of the interns
The internship would primarily require remote working owing to the COVID19
Role of Interns:
Acquisition of new customers
Usage of Primary and Secondary data for understanding the Credit Card Market
Studying the acquisition process of at least three competitors
Understand the organization’s product and process for new client sourcing.
Sourcing and Acquisition of Credit Cards for the organization
Able to demonstrate the product line and product feature to the potential customer and advise on the right product for selection for closure of deal
Market Mapping of Assigned Geography Bench marking of Credit Card Industry
Stipend: Rs 1000 per approved card sourced with no upper-cap. (For example, For 1 approved cards Rs. 1000/- will be paid , for 25 Approved cards Rs. 25000/- will be paid and for 50 cards Rs. 50000/- will be paid.) The stipend amount is inclusive of any cost incurred by the interns on travel, courier, stationery etc.
Completion:
The interns will be required to submit a report approved by the mentor
The interns will be offered a completion certificate.
They will earn a stipend depending on the cards sourced.
